Physical Therapist (Full-time) or (Part-time)- Phoenix (Peoria), Arizona

Schedule: Full-time hours, Mon/Wed 7:30am- 6pm ,Tues/Fri 7:30am-1pm, Thurs 12:30pm -6pm **NO WEEKENDS**

Schedule: Part-time hours, (Monday & Wednesday 7:30-6p and Friday, 7:30am - 1:00pm) **NO WEEKENDS**

What you will do:

  • Accurately document all therapies performed on patients with its corresponding CPT codes
  • Work along side MD's, NP's, and DC's in an integrated team approach to managing pain and improving function
  • Evaluate patients and create a plan of care focused on pain reduction and improving functional mobility
  • Provide direct 1/1 care to patients and supervise PTA/PT Technicians to ensure all therapy services meet the patient needs
  • Oversight of delivery and patient education on all DME issued to patients
  • Assist in developing and implementing new programs/techniques to improve PT services


  • Must be licensed in the state of Arizona
  • Able to Multi-Task (working with multiple patients at once)
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills (with patients and staff members (directing the flow of the office)
  • Detail Oriented
