    Why Join Our Team?

We are a team of professionals who are dedicated to educating and restoring people to a pain-free, active life. Since 2015, we have helped thousands of Arizonans accomplish this -- without the use of narcotics or invasive surgeries. This makes us different.

More importantly, we recognize that the only way to achieve these results is to empower you (and everyone else on our team) with opportunities to grow, develop, and achieve your full potential.

When you join our team, you will be a part of something that is bigger than all of us. You will also be part of a team that works together to grow, achieve more, and change lives for the better.

As a Medical Assistant, you will perform chart prep, rooming, and Intake on all patients, discharging, setting up for procedures, and general clinical support for our very busy Chiropractors and MDs. You will also be responsible for documenting all relevant verbal and non-verbal information during a patient visit or procedure. The MA should be able to observe patient-physician interactions and formulate the chief complaint, history of present illness, exam, assessment, and treatment plan. This information is entered into the electronic health records, eClinical Works (eCW) and is reviewed by the clinician. This role is not a direct patient care role, however it provides the MA/Scribe the opportunity to understand the patient care process and gain insight on the daily routine of a physician. The goal of the MA/Scribe is to allow the physician to focus on their time with their patient and less time on the documentation process.

    What About Benefits?

More than just pay, as a member of our team, you will have access to our comprehensive package of benefits that includes:

    • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
    • Life, AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability coverage
    • 401K retirement program
