Location: 3001 East Camelback Rd, Ste 155, Phoenix, AZ 85016

In this role, you will be responsible for performing patient consultations, helping with new patient attraction, and providing ongoing care through pain relief-based injections, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction. Incumbent must be an organized, compassionate, and collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills working within a team environment and treating patients to create a positive patient care experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Position does not have direct reports, but will work closely with team members in providing patient care


What Will You Do?

As a provider on our team, you will:

  • Participate in planning and implementation of patient care
  • Examine patients and prescribe care for all specialties
  • Treat patient with a variety of pain relief-based injections (training provided)
  • Report pertinent information to Medical Director and/or Clinical Director
  • Take responsibility for maintaining patient load
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Implement processes and standards proficiently and consistently
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adjust and improve our practices
  • Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
  • Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment

Education and Experience:

  • Maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
  • Maintain current certifications (ACLS, CPR, PALS) as necessary, based on clinical requirements
